Victoria holds a BBA in accounting and an MBA in strategic management from Jomo Kenyatta University. She also holds numerous certificates as follows,

Victoria has 22 years of work experience, 20 years of which have been as a successful sales executive in the media and banking industry. She received various accolades for her contribution to the industry.

Victoria is an entrepreneur and for 22 years she has been involved in various entrepreneurship ventures namely hairdressing, transport, catering, printing, money lending, events, audio production studio, founder United Women Sacco, farming and tour and travel businesses.

She is married with 4 children and an active member of Watoto Church. Her hobbies include traveling, reading, swimming, writing, networking and leisure walks

Joseph is a project/program specialists holding a Master of Science Degree in Project Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) with over 10 years of experience in project environments where he has garnered wide-ranging skills and experiences in project cycle management; project initiation/design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of projects in education and the social service sector. Specifically, Joseph posseses skills in integrated project planning and design, integrated implementation, project/program monitoring and evaluation, program data base management, data analysis with SPSS, Stata, MS Excel, MS Access, survey CTO, and Power BI, report writing, project scheduling and costing, project risk management, and project stakeholder management.

As a free lance research, Joseph has a track record  working on a range of research projects in education, youth livelihoods, sustainability, action research and project impact assessment. As a monitoring and evaluation officer, Joseph conducts baseline surveys, feasibility studies, project mid-term and endline evaluation studies in addition to designing monitoring tools for data collection on supported projects using google forms and sheets.

With strong academic writing  skills and knowledge in business, Joseph has cutting edge skills in proposal writing, concept notes, research proposals, theses, dissertations, business plans, literature reviews and market surveys including editing and proof-reading of written works. Finally, as a professional educator, Joseph undertakes instructional design and development projects for training materials such as modules and manuals for capacity building. Joseph is a master trainer with cutting edge facilitation and presentation skills leveraging constructivist and participatory approaches to learning.
